Vinelora is the trading name used by CAFFORA LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 16834416, with its registered office at 59 Castlecombe Drive, London, SW19 6RN, United Kingdom.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of vinelora.shop and purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the policies made available on our website and during checkout.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through Vinelora.

We currently sell eligible products to customers with supported delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, and selected European countries shown at checkout.

Products

Vinelora sells wine storage products, including wine racks, cellar systems, wine wall displays, and related eligible products or components.

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, materials, finishes, colours, photographs, compatibility information, included components, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, natural material variation, manufacturing revisions, or other reasonable differences.

The information displayed for the specific product or variant selected at the time of purchase forms part of your order.

Measurements and installation requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, installation requirements, wall or floor suitability, available space, and other relevant specifications before ordering.

Some products may require assembly, mounting, anchoring, or professional installation. Where applicable, installation must follow the instructions supplied with the product and appropriate safety practices.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency made available for your selected market.

If a clear technical, typographical, or pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Where a compare-at price, previous price, or other reference price is displayed, we aim to ensure that the reference is genuine and not misleading.

We do not intentionally create fictitious savings or false pricing comparisons.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee that we can accept or fulfil it.

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the delivery address cannot be served;

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Amounts collected by Vinelora will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Charges not collected by us may, where legally applicable, be collected separately by the carrier or relevant authority.

Delivery and risk

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided with the order.

Responsibility for goods and the allocation of delivery risk are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

Product care and safe use

Products must be assembled, installed, loaded, maintained, and used according to the manufacturer's or supplier's instructions and any specifications provided with the product.

Wall-mounted or structural storage products must be installed on an appropriate surface using suitable fixings and installation methods.

Where professional installation is recommended or required, customers should use a suitably qualified installer.

Warranty and product faults

Any warranty applicable to a product is limited to the warranty expressly stated on the relevant product page, documentation supplied with the product, applicable manufacturer warranty terms, and rights provided by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms of Service do not create an additional Vinelora product warranty beyond those rights.

Intellectual property

The Vinelora name, original website content, store presentation, and Vinelora-owned creative materials belong to CAFFORA LIMITED or its licensors, as applicable.

Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names, product names, specifications, photographs, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and may be used for legitimate product identification or retail presentation.

Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep vinelora.shop available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every part of the website will always be free from technical errors.

We may update product information, correct errors, perform maintenance, or temporarily restrict access to parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Prohibited use

You must not use Vinelora or our website to:

Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, transport interruptions, strikes, governmental action, natural disasters, or similar events.

If such an event materially affects an order, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

Disputes and consumer rights
